Key Job Responsibilities
Mentor and guide team on daily operations
Troubleshoot along with the team on critical issues
Proactively communicate with customers on critical issues track leads or team members on the allocated task using Rally or Jira or through Excel
Lead team towards process improvements
Develop more leads and full-stack developers
Provide technical solutions for business challenges
Propose and Review Important Technical Designs
Guiding team on infrastructure or Design or performance issues
Overall, have experience leading delivery of a project using multi-technology or multi-tower engagements for one corporate function
Creation or review or adoption or improvements of framework policies processes guidelines checklists templates baselines metrics reports etc. required for expansion or solution or delivery of own portfolio Contribution towards presales activities
Required Knowledge and Skills
Strong experience within hands-on Java 7 onwards
Experience with frameworks such as Struts, Spring
Extensive Knowledge of Hibernate and MyBatis
Spring Module - IOC , Batch, Scheduler, Boot
Experience working with Agile environments
Strong communication, with the ability to work with distributed teams.
Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud)
Experience within API heavy or Saas Technology business
Experience in structuring & scaling technology teams
Experience with Javascript and frontend technologies
